4. Cookies, WebAnalytics and external services
This website does not integrate its own marketing or tracking services or embed social-media content. However, the hosting provider IONOS provides its IONOS WebAnalytics statistics service. According to IONOS, this service does not use cookies. For statistical analysis and technical optimisation, data evaluated include the referring page, the page or file requested, browser and browser version, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address used to determine an approximate location. IONOS provides statistics including visitors, sessions and page views. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in analysing and improving the website). IONOS states that WebAnalytics visitor data are retained for eight weeks.
The website itself does not use cookies or comparable technologies requiring consent.
5. Recipients and hosting
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes technical connection and access data to deliver, secure and maintain the website and for the WebAnalytics service described in section 4. A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS. Retention periods for technical server log files under the specific hosting configuration must be distinguished from the retention period for WebAnalytics visitor data.
6. Retention periods
According to IONOS, WebAnalytics visitor data are retained for eight weeks. Technical server log files are subject to the retention periods applicable to the specific IONOS hosting configuration; these must be confirmed against the current contractual terms and product settings before publication. Other personal data are stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Different retention periods apply to general enquiries and data relating to accepted mandates.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may have a right to object under Article 21 GDPR.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
